Sugm Biz (accessible at biz.sugm.shop) is a digital seller onboarding and storefront management platform designed to help local merchants, hawkers, retail vendors, and service providers create digital business profiles, manage product catalogs, and publish static CDN storefronts.

2. Google User Data & OAuth Scopes Policy

Sugm Biz complies strictly with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • Google OpenID & Email (openid, email, profile): Used exclusively to authenticate your identity, prevent spam/fraudulent accounts, and auto-populate your verified business owner contact details.
  • Google Business Profile API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage): Used only upon explicit user consent to retrieve your registered business name, primary store category, and location coordinates to populate your seller profile during onboarding.
  • No Data Transfer or Sale: We do NOT sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
  • Limited Use Disclosure: Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

3. Information We Collect

To enforce our Dual Identity seller policy and publish digital storefronts, we collect:

  • Verified Email Address (via Google Auth or email link verification)
  • Verified Mobile Number (via WhatsApp OTP or SMS OTP)
  • Business Name, Classification (Goods vs Service), and Store Format
  • Store Location (GPS Coordinates and market address)

4. Data Storage & Security

All business documents and audit records are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore and encrypted in transit and at rest. Public seller profiles are published as static JSON documents on static.sugm.shop with zero exposed sensitive tokens.
