1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sugm Biz (biz.sugm.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Sugm Biz is an autonomous seller onboarding platform facilitating direct merchant-to-buyer storefront connections.

2. Dual Identity Seller Policy

Every seller registered on Sugm Biz must maintain both a verified Email Address and a verified Mobile Number. Failure to maintain verified identity credentials will result in profile suspension.

3. Merchant Conduct & Catalog Compliance

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their catalog listings, pricing, and business descriptions published to static CDN profiles. Prohibited goods, counterfeit products, and illegal services are strictly forbidden.
